I've just invented a new stationary dispenser for minecarts.
The dispenser utilizes the new hatches that was added in 1.6 It is simple to make and allows for minecarts to be stored stationary and doesn't require any push to start, the only push is for the button that triggers it all. It is easy to restock and the amount of minecarts that can be stored depends on the height of the dispenser.

Nice. Better than the glitchy half-block methods of yore, for sure! I will be sure to use this in my future minecart stations.

Nice, a "Pez" configuration. I've seen some videos of minecart dispensers like that before. Using a hatch to dispense them though, that's an idea I hadn't thought of.

Very nice job. Could you hook it to a 5-clock or larger clock for auto cart dispensing every 2-5 seconds? I cant see why not. The powered rails could make for a perpetual motion thing that does what ever you want it to.
